Managing digital advertising content should be simple, fast, and flexible. With the free ADSV CMS, WeADS tabletop digital signage users can remotely upload, update, and manage images and videos through an internet connection.
Whether you are using a digital menu in a restaurant, promotional content in a retail store, advertising displays in a hotel, or digital signage at an exhibition, ADSV CMS makes content management easier without manually updating every device.
In this guide, we will show you how to connect your WeADS tabletop digital signage display to ADSV CMS and upload your advertising content step by step.
What Is ADSV CMS?
ADSV is a free cloud-based content management system designed to manage compatible WeADS digital signage displays.
After connecting your device to Wi-Fi and adding it to your ADSV account, you can manage advertising content remotely from a computer or smartphone.
With ADSV CMS, you can:
-
Upload images and videos remotely
-
Update advertising content through the internet
-
Manage multiple digital signage devices
-
Set different content for each screen of a dual-sided display
-
Remove advertising content remotely
-
Manage your digital signage without using a USB drive
For compatible WeADS models, ADSV provides a convenient way to manage digital signage content remotely.
Step 1: Turn On Your WeADS Digital Signage
Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 6 seconds to turn on the device.
For dual-sided models, one screen may turn on first, followed shortly by the second screen. This is normal during system initialization.
Once the device has started, continue to the next step.
Step 2: Exit the ADSV App
Before connecting the device to Wi-Fi for the first time, you may need to exit the ADSV application.
-
Tap the screen continuously 6–8 times.
-
A password window will appear.
-
Enter the default password: 887887.
-
Confirm the password.
-
When the system menu appears, select “Exit App”.
Important Notes
On dual-sided displays, the password window may appear on only one of the two screens. If you do not see it on the current screen, check the other screen.
When entering the password, avoid touching the other screen to prevent incorrect input.
If the touchscreen does not respond properly when entering the password, please contact WeADS after-sales support for assistance.
Step 3: Connect the Digital Signage to Wi-Fi
After exiting ADSV, you will enter the standard Android interface.
-
Swipe down from the top of the screen.
-
Open the Quick Settings menu.
-
Select the Wi-Fi option.
-
Choose your Wi-Fi network.
-
Enter the Wi-Fi password.
-
Make sure the device is successfully connected to the internet.
-
Return to the main menu and open the ADSV App again.
Tip for Faster Content Uploads
For smoother image and video transmission, we recommend using a stable Wi-Fi network with a strong signal.
A better internet connection can help improve the speed and reliability of remote content updates.
Step 4: Register a Free ADSV CMS Account
After connecting your device to the internet, you need to create an ADSV account.
You can register by scanning the QR code displayed by the system with your smartphone.
After registration, you can access the ADSV CMS dashboard from your computer or smartphone.
The ADSV CMS login page is:
https://www.cnszfyd.cn/#/login
Enter your username, password, and verification code to log in.
Registration Notes
-
Each mobile device is currently limited to one account registration.
-
If you need to register another account, use a different smartphone and network environment.
-
Your username and password should contain at least 6 characters.
-
If the verification code is difficult to read, tap the verification image to refresh it.
Step 5: Add Your WeADS Device to ADSV CMS
After logging in to your ADSV account, you need to bind your digital signage device to the account.
Add a Device
-
Open the “Device” section.
-
Select “Select User” at the top.
-
Choose your registered account.
-
Tap “Scan MAC QR Code to Add Device”.
-
Use your smartphone camera to scan the MAC address QR code located on the bottom of the digital signage device.
Once the MAC address has been successfully scanned, the device will be associated with your ADSV account.
Managing Multiple Devices
If you have multiple WeADS digital signage displays, repeat the same process for each device using its individual MAC address.
This allows you to manage multiple devices through the same ADSV CMS account.
Step 6: Upload Images and Videos
Once your device has been added, you can start uploading advertising content.
Before uploading, make sure:
-
The ADSV App is running on the device.
-
The device is connected to the internet.
-
The device status shows “Online” in the ADSV CMS dashboard.
Upload Your Content
-
Open the “File” section on the left side of the dashboard.
-
Select your account name.
-
Click “Upload”.
-
Select the images or videos you want to upload.
-
You can also drag and drop multiple images.
-
Click “Confirm Upload”.
-
Wait until the upload progress reaches 100%.
After the upload is completed, the system will automatically return to the File Management page.
Step 7: Release Your Advertising Content
Uploading a file to the cloud does not automatically mean that it will start playing on your digital signage. You also need to release the content to the device.
-
Click “Release File”.
-
Configure the screen settings.
-
For a dual-sided display, select:
-
Screen Type: Vertical Screen
-
Dual Screen Different Contents: Yes
-
-
Click “Add Photo”.
-
Click the three dots (...) at the end of the row.
-
Select the content you want to display.
-
Click “Confirm”.
-
Click “Confirm to Release” again.
After the release is completed, the advertising content will be sent to the digital signage device.
When the device receives the content successfully, it will begin displaying the new images or videos.
How to Set Different Content on Each Side
One of the advantages of WeADS dual-sided tabletop digital signage is that you can display different content on each screen.
When configuring your advertising program, use the “Select Screen” option.
Select:
Screen 1 for the first display.
Screen 2 for the second display.
This allows you to show different menus, advertisements, promotions, or videos on the two sides of the same digital signage device.
For example:
Screen 1: Restaurant Menu
Screen 2: Special Promotion
This is especially useful for restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail stores, and exhibition booths.
How to Delete Advertising Content
There are two different ways to remove advertising content from your WeADS digital signage.
Option 1: Stop Playing an Advertisement
If you only want to stop an image or video from playing:
-
Open the “ASD” section at the bottom.
-
Find the content currently being played.
-
Click the Trash Can icon.
-
Select “Delete Immediately”.
The selected advertising content will stop playing on the device.
Option 2: Permanently Delete a File
If you want to permanently remove the uploaded file from the system:
-
Open the “File” section.
-
Select your account name.
-
Click “Delete” in the top-right corner.
-
Select the file or files you want to remove.
-
Click “Confirm”.
The selected content will be permanently deleted from the file management system.
What If the Content Does Not Update?
If an uploaded image or video does not appear on the device, first check the following:
1. Check the Internet Connection
Make sure the digital signage is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
2. Check the Device Status
The device should show “Online” in ADSV CMS.
3. Make Sure the ADSV App Is Running
The ADSV application needs to be running on the digital signage device to receive and play cloud content.
4. Restart or Clear the System
If content fails to synchronize, try using the “Restart” or “Clear” function in the system.
USB Upload: An Offline Alternative
If you do not want to use the cloud-based ADSV CMS, WeADS digital signage can also support manual content updates through a USB drive for compatible devices.
This offline method can be useful when an internet connection is unavailable.
However, when internet access is available, ADSV CMS provides a more convenient way to remotely manage and update digital signage content.
Why Use ADSV CMS for Digital Signage?
For businesses with digital signage, manually updating every device can become inconvenient as the number of displays increases.
ADSV CMS provides a simpler way to manage your content remotely.
With ADSV CMS, you can:
Upload → Manage → Release → Update
all through an internet connection.
This makes it easier for restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail stores, exhibitions, and other businesses to keep their digital signage content up to date.
Final Thoughts
The free ADSV CMS makes managing compatible WeADS tabletop digital signage displays simple and convenient.
Once your device is connected to Wi-Fi and linked to your ADSV account, you can remotely upload and update images and videos, manage different content on dual-sided displays, and remove outdated advertising content.
If you are using WeADS tabletop digital signage for menus, promotions, advertising, or customer information, ADSV CMS can help you manage your content more efficiently.
