Delivery Time: Once we receive your valid MAC Address, the data package will be processed and sent to your registered email address within 24-48 hours.

Requirement: Please ensure the MAC address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect hardware information provided by the customer.
3. Physical Products (Digital Signage / Hardware)
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on select items or orders over a certain amount
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HongKong Friday Technology Company Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.
7. Damages
If you receive your order damaged (specifically for 3D fans or LCD screens), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team at Admin@szfyd.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
